WHAT DOES OUR SERVICE INCLUDE?
On joining Triumph Australia as an Agent, you agree to:
- Listen attentively to your brief
- Respond promptly and appropriately to all inquiries
- Contact the Operations Manager every 2 hours or when there is any activity during an investigation
- Meet agreed investigation and reporting deadlines
- Inform the National Corporate Investigations Manager if no progress before reaching the agreed investigation hours
- Be courteous and professional to everyone you come into contact with during an investigation
- Apply the principles of integrity, probity, diligence, trust, respect, honesty, impartiality,accountability and transparency in all that you do
- Strive to achieve the best value for money for clients
- Apply nonâdiscriminatory practices
- Notify the National Corporate Investigations Manager of any real, perceived or potential conflicts of interest
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality and in accordance with legislative requirements
- Comply with all laws, including Work Health and Safety and refrain from taking unnecessary risks during an investigation
- Not seek to bestow, and refuse to accept, any gift or personal benefit
- Report any attempts made to solicit your favourable consideration through the offer of a gift or personal benefit
- Keep all licences up to date and provide Triumph Australia with a certified copy of each upon renewal
HOW DO WE GO ABOUT IT?
Following your induction and report writing training, your reports are to be:
- Detailed and easy to understand and easy to access
- Accurate and consistent
- Relevant and practical
The consequences for the failure of Agents to adhere to these requirements may include:
- Investigation
- Misconduct charges
- Suspension or removal from the Triumph Australia Agent list
- Disciplinary action, including termination of Agent agreement
